Due to the nature of our products being food items, and to ensure the absolute safety and integrity of the product consumed by babies, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on purchased items.
- All Sales are Final: Once an order has been shipped or successfully delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Focus on Quality: Every batch of Nesta Bites is manufactured and packed under strict FSSAI and ISO certified hygienic conditions. Once the seal leaves our premises, we cannot guarantee its storage and safety; therefore, it cannot be restocked or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
While we strive for perfection in packaging and dispatch, we understand errors may occasionally occur. If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged: The packaging is severely compromised, open, or tampered with.
- Incorrect: You received the wrong flavor or quantity not matching your order.
Procedure for Damage/Incorrect Orders:
- Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at nutrishnesscare@gmail.com.
- Evidence: Please attach clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or the incorrect product received, along with your original Order ID.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a replacement product at no extra cost to you. We do not issue a monetary refund in this case; we ensure you receive the correct, undamaged product.
