Since our products are baby food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
1. Returns
Returns are not accepted due to the perishable and consumable nature of baby food products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:

Share clear images of the product and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
